Argument Ends with Cop Shot Police say an off-duty officer was shot and wounded as he walked his dog down a Bronx street after an argument ended in gunfire. The officer told police he was approached by a suspect who threatened him just after 12:30 a.m. Friday near 233rd Street and White Plains Road. Police say the suspect initially walked away, but returned a short time later with gun and fired numerous times.
