A Different Looking Sammy Sosa Seen in Vegas

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A rather pale looking Sammy Sosa showed up in Las Vegas last Wednesday. Sosa and his wife, Sonia, were photographed in Vegas while they were attending the Latin Grammys.

The color of the baseball star's skin is undeniably lighter than at any time since he broke into the majors in 1989. Is it an illness, or a condition such as Vitiligo, in which depigmentation occurs, or could it be that Sosa is just bleaching his skin for fashion's sake?

Sosa last played baseball in 2007, and since has been accused of using steroids to help him reach his 609 career home runs.
