That Red Sox fan/construction worker/Voodoo witch doctor who buried a David Ortiz jersey beneath the concrete at the Yanks' future home in an effort to hex his favorite team's biggest rival, also buried a scorecard from the 2004 ALCS, in which the Sox recovered from a 3-0 deficit to beat the Yanks for the pennant, sources told MSNBC's Keith Olbermann.
What's worse is the guy "isn't telling anyone where," Olbermann said. "That could pose a problem. The new park is pretty big."
Whether or not the Yanks plan another media-friendly dig-up ceremony, like they did with the jersey, is not yet known.
Olbermann told Newsday he couldn't reveal his source except that he's a friend of the construction guy, but the Countdown host also said he's been getting tips on the story from other sources for about a week.
