Dr. Glashow is an Orthopaedic/ Sports Medicine Surgeon specializing in the treatment of shoulder and knee injuries. He lectures nationally and internationally on cutting edge arthroscopic surgical techniques. Dr. Glashow is co-Director of Sports Medicine at The Mount Sinai Medical Center and Clinical Associate Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at The Mount Sinai School of Medicine.
Dr. Glashow received his medical degree from Cornell University Medical College. He completed his residency at Lenox Hill Hospital in Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Glashow earned subspecialty fellowship training in sports medicine and arthroscopic surgery at the Southern California Orthopaedic Institute/UCLA in Los Angeles, California: followed by a traveling Shoulder Fellowship in London, Ontario Canada and the University of Texas at San Antonio.
He is listed in Castle and Connolly’s “Top Doctors” and listed in New York Magazine’s “Best Doctors in New York”. On a personal note, Dr. Glashow is an athlete, he participates in weight training, water skiing, snow skiing and auto racing.
