Jets Ticket-Holder Plans Rally Against Fees

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. (AP)  -- One Jets fan from Boonton is planning a rally against personal seat licenses.

Steve Kern is hoping to gather others who don't like the idea of having to spend a one-time fee for their seats before Saturday's Giants-Jets game at Giants Stadium.

Giants' season-ticket holders must pay personal seat license fees of $1,000 to $20,000. The Jets expect to announce their fees within two weeks.

Kern says he's upset fans aren't getting any perks beyond a ticket. Kern thinks the fees should be limited to the most expensive seats or season ticket prices should be frozen for five years.

He's started a Web site: www.pslrally.com.
