NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A gas station in Millburn, N.J. exploded into flames Thursday morning.
The fire broke out just before 10:30 a.m. near the intersection of Millburn Avenue and Vauxhall Road.
Apparently the fire broke out as a mechanic was working on a car which then caused the explosion. Reports say the mechanic did suffer burns and was taken to St. Barnabus Hospital.
The fire started in the building where the car repairs were taking place, which also houses an office and small convenience store.
The actual cause of the fire is still under investigation.
