Fire officials say an 11-year-old boy and two passengers from the SUV were treated for minor injuries. The accident happened at about 3 p.m. in the Hugeunot section of the island.
Officials say all other passengers at the scene were checked out by paramedics and released.
No word on what caused the accident.
