Police Identify Bicyclist Killed on Long Island



FARMINGDALE, N.Y. (AP)  -- Police on Long Island have indentified a bicyclist who was struck and killed by a car.

Nassau County police say Bryan Enriquez, 14, of Farmingdale, N.Y. was riding a blue bicycle with the word "DYNO" in neon green on it Sunday evening in Farmingdale.

Enriquez was struck at the intersection of Route 109 and Staples Street and pronounced dead about a half an hour later.

The driver remained at the scene. No charges were filed.
