Ted David's familiar face and voice have been on TV and radio locally in New York and nationally for 40 years.
Ted can heard as a free-lance anchor on New York's All News Station 1010WINS and be seen as a freelance anchor on Cablevision's News12 Long Island.
Ted has appeared on the daytime drama "One Life To Live." He recently completed a near 20 year run at CNBC where he was part of the launch team that put the network on the air in April 1989.
Prior to joining CNBC, he was an ABC Radio News correspondent for eight years and specialized in general news, as well as medical and consumer reporting. Ted has 40 years of local and network radio experience, winning numerous awards along the way including a National Press Club citation for Best Consumer Journalism, The Ohio State Award for Excellence in Educational, Informational and Public Affairs Broadcasting; and The American Cancer Society's Gaspar Award.
Ted holds Bachelor and Master degrees and has taught on the secondary and University levels. He was licensed as an Emergency Medical Technician in New York State in 1981.
Ted and his wife Jane have been married for 34 years. They live in New York and have two grown sons.
