Truck Explodes in Queens, Windows Damaged
|
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- New York City fire officials are investigating the explosion of a truck in Queens Thursday morning.
The incident was reported at 108th Street near 64th Road at about 8:20 a.m.
Initial findings by officials at the scene describe the explosion as consistent with a propane barbecue explosion.
Authorities said the damaged truck was a catering truck.
Some windows in the neighborhood were also damaged.
