NEW YORK (AP) -- Police say a 25-year-old man has been arrested on charges of DWI and vehicular manslaughter after a fatal three-car accident last night.
The 25-year-old driving a Honda Accord crossed the median and into the northbound lane of traffic on Woodhaven Boulevard in Queens, colliding with a Nissan Maxima. The Maxima, being driven by a 66-year-old man, hit a BMW SUV being driven by a 24-year-old.
The 66-year-old died at the scene. The occupants of the BMW were uninjured. The driver of the Honda and his passenger were injured, taken to Jamaica Hospital and listed in stable condition.
