NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Fashionista alert!
No need to wait for post-holiday markdowns on those to-die-for designer duds: 7th on Sale is back.
More than 30,000 items from the likes of Ralph Lauren, Marc Jacobs, Michael Kors, Kenneth Cole, Diane Von Furstenberg, Proenza Schouler, Oscar de la Renta and hundreds of other designers will be on sale, at 70 percent off, during three "public shopping days", Friday through Sunday. The 69th Regiment Armory (on Lexington Avenue and 26th Street) is the venue for the fundraising event, but don't just show up. You must buy tickets in advance for a two or three-hour time slot, and there's a $20 admission fee.

If you can't make the public sale, another 10,000 items will be sold on eBay through December 6. Bidding starts at 10 percent off retail.

While you shop 'til you drop, you'll also be contributing to a good cause. The Council of Fashion Designers of America and Vogue, which revived this sample sale to end all sample sales in 2005, say 100 percent of the proceeds will go to AIDS charities. The goal is to raise $4.2 million.
