Woman Struck by Private Tour Bus in Manhattan

NEW YORK (AP) -- Police say a woman was hit by a tour bus this morning in lower Manhattan.

The fire department was called to Bowery and Broome Street about 11:30 a.m. after receiving a report of a woman struck by the private tour bus.

The woman, whose identity hasn't been released, was rushed to Bellevue Hospital Center. Her condition was not immediately known.

Police are investigating.
