Teen Catches Alleged Flasher on Camera



NEW YORK (1010 WINS)  -- Cell phones with cameras have become the latest weapon in fighting subway flashers.

New York City police say a 15-year-old girl used her cell phone camera to snap a picture of a man who was exposing himself to her on the number 7 train.

Police released the photo of the man and said it was taken on the train, at 61st Street and Roosevelt Avenue in Queens.

Police report the man in his 30s exposed himself to teen. But the quick-thinking teen apparently snapped the suspect's photo with her camera phone.

The incident happened on Friday, March 3 at about 4:25 p.m.

The suspect is described as 5'9", 170 lbs., wearing a black wool coat, black scarf, black wool hat and black pants.
