NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- An exotic dancer from "Scores" helped police catch a serial rape suspect in Manhattan.

The woman hailed what she thought was a livery cab at around 4 a.m. Sunday.
When she got into the Lincoln Town Car, the driver jumped into the back seat and attempted to sexually assault her, authorities said.
She put up a fight, jumped out of the car and wrote down the license plate number.
About an hour later, the same driver raped another woman after picking her up along with two of her friends at 10th Ave. near 28th St. in Manhattan, authorities said.
Police arrested Torkieh, Sadagheh, 28 of Brooklyn and have charged him with attempted rape in the first-degree and rape in the first-degree.
Authorities are also trying to connect Sadagheh to the rapes of two women last fall after they left the Lower East Side nightclub The Box.
