NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A Bronx man is charged with the rape of a 10-year-old girl.
In an apparent coincidence, officers picked up Enoch Roberts, 37, on loitering charges Saturday morning, police said. After some investigation it was determined that he was the same man wanted in a rape from Friday evening.
