NEW YORK (1010 WINS)  -- A man was killed after allegedly trespassing in the hallway of a Harlem apartment building Friday night.

Authorities believe the building super and two residents confronted Murray, who may have been homeless. And after he allegedly became violent, the trio allegedly restrained him and he died.

All three men are charged with manslaughter.

The medical examiner will determine the cause of death.

Police called to a Manhattan apartment on a report of a trespasser instead found an unconscious man hog-tied in the lobby of the building.
