Man Gets 20 Years in Attack on Queens Deliveryman

NEW YORK (AP)  --  A man has been sentenced to 20 years in prison for the vicious stabbing of a Chinese food deliveryman in Queens.

23-year-old David Moore of Manhattan was convicted of second-degree attempted murder, first-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

Moore lured 39-year-old Jian Lin Huang to a housing development on Oct. 23, 2006 and stabbed him in the chest, torso and arm.

Huang was left bleeding profusely on the floor of the Ravenswood Houses in Astoria.

Tape from the building's surveillance cameras showed Moore leaving the building with a knife in his hand.
