New Jersey Lottery Players Hoping to Cash In on Mega Millions

ATLANTA (AP)  -- Lottery players in New York and New Jersey are snapping up tickets for Friday night's Mega Millions drawing.

The jackpot for the multistate lottery continues to grow, and now stands at $196 million.

Friday's jackpot is the 10th-highest jackpot in Mega Millions history.

Mega Millions is played in New Jersey, New York and 10 other states.
