Kyung-Sook Woo, 52, was found dead Friday morning by her son. She was allegedly face-down inside the bathroom at the dry cleaner.
Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly says there was dried blood at the scene. But the cause of death has not yet been determined.
Police say Woo's white 2008 Honda Accord with license plate EHS-7392 is also missing.
Witnesses said they saw a man wearing a baseball cap near the dry cleaner before Woo's body was found. Police said the man is 20 to 25-years-old and about five-feet-eight-inches tall. He was seen wearing a white shirt, blue jeans and carrying a black knapsack.
