NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- An 8-year old boy was fighting for his life, after he was rushed to a hospital with burns all over his body, police said.
The boy was attending a party at a Manhattan pediatric dental office at 236 East 36 street when he apparently caught on fire from a grill about 9 p.m. Friday.
"She was making it fun for them, and had a little grill, you know, lighting up some of the grill and then something happened and he caught on fire. It was an accident," a witness tells 1010 WINS Kathleen Maloney.

The child is in critical condition at Cornell Medical Center with reports of burns to over 70 percent of his body.
