L.I. Man Killed, Brother Hurt in Motorcycle Crashes

MELVILLE, N.Y. (1010 WINS)  -- A Long Island man was killed, his younger brother injured, in a motorcycle crash in Melville Saturday.

James Percy, 32, of Melville, was riding his Kawasaki motorcycle on Route 110, south of Newton Lane, when he lost control and hit a guardrail, police said. Duwayne Percy, 29, also of Melville, was riding next to him and lost control after he saw his brother crash.

James Percy was pronounced dead at the scene. Duwayne Percy was treated for minor injuries at Huntington Hospital.
