NEW YORK (AP) -- Police have arrested a Brooklyn man in connection to the stabbing death of a city paramedic who answered an early morning knock on the door.
Jason Ruiz, 30, died early Sunday. He had been stabbed by a man who knocked on the door, and was pronounced dead later at an area hospital.
Authorities arrested Enrique Pizarro, 25, and charged him with murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
