VERNON, N.Y. (AP/1010 WINS) -- Three teenagers are accused of giving marijuana and beer to a 6-year-old and videotaping the intoxicated youngster for their amusement in Vernon.

The two 17-year-olds and a 16-year-old are charged with child endangerment. They will also likely face drug offenses, police said.
In a news release, police say the incident occurred on Aug. 25 at the home of one of the boys.
A parent handed over a cell phone featuring four videos of the incident which show the child visibly under the influence, police said.
The child is the younger brother of one of the teens, police said. The 6-year-old is being screened for psychological and substance abuse problems.
