NEWARK, N.J. (AP) -- Smile. If you're one of the 3,000 customers of the defunct photography company Celebration Studios, you're finally going to get your wedding photos and videos.
The New Jersey Consumer Affairs Division will begin distributing them tomorrow in compliance with a judge's order. The keepsakes have been in legal limbo since the Morris County photography studio went out of business in January.
Customers who have filed complaints against Celebration Studios with the state are being scheduled to pick up their photos and videos at the division's Newark office, at 124 Halsey Street. The items were impounded after the state filed a consumer fraud lawsuit against the company and its owner.
