Man Pulled from Burning Building on the Upper West Side



NEW YORK (1010 WINS)  -- A 35-year-old man was pulled from a burning apartment building on the Upper West Side Friday morning.

The victim had no vital signs when he was removed from the building located at 49 West 69th Street just after 5 a.m., according to fire officials.
 
He was rushed to Roosevelt Hospital. Other residents were being treated, but none of their injuries appeared life-threatening, officials said.
 
The fire reportedly broke out in an apartment located on the first floor of the building.
