Police: L.I. Woman Posted Craigslist Ad to Harass 9-Year-Old
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A dispute that began between two Long Island 9-year-olds has led to criminal charges against one of the girls' mothers after she posted an ad on Craigslist.

Suffolk County Police say Margery Tannenbaum of Hauppauge was given a ticket for aggravated harassment after she listed an ad on the Craigslist classified advertising Web site titled, ``Looking for a good time?-w4m 21.''
When interested respondents replied by e-mail, Tannenbaum is alleged to have given out the phone number for one of her daughter's rivals, which generated harassing telephone calls to that home.
Tannenbaum did not answer her door on Friday and her attorney did not respond to telephone calls seeking comment.
Last year a jury convicted a Missouri mother for her roll in a MySpace hoax that lead to a 13-year-old committing suicide. She is to be sentenced on May 18 and faces up to three years in prison.
