Ex-Boyfriend Indicted in Death of NYPD Forensics Investigator
NEW YORK (AP/1010 WINS) -- A New York City man has pleaded not guilty in the stabbing death of his ex-girlfriend.

Queens prosecutors charged 23-year-old Gary McGurk with second-degree murder, tampering with physical evidence and criminal possession of a weapon. His attorney says he's innocent.
The John Jay College student faces a maximum 25 years to life in prison if convicted.
Michelle Lee, a civilian forensic investigator for the New York Police Department, was discovered in her bedroom by her roommate on April 27. The 24-year-old's body was tied to the bed.
