NEW YORK (1010 WINS)  -- An 11-month-old boy drowned Monday after apparently falling into a mop bucket full of water in Queens.

Steve Sandberg Reports

The boy, identified as Daniel Sarrior, was discovered in the bucket at 101st Avenue and 108th Street in Richmond Hill. The child was rushed to Jamaica Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

According to 1010 WINS reporter Steve Sandberg, there is a sign on the home where the boy drowned that advertises "All-Day Day Care."

Neighbors told Sandberg that the family that lives in the home is known to take care of their own children as well as a few others.

The incident is under investigation.
