Police Arrest Alleged Serial Brooklyn Buttocks Slapper

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police have arrested a man who they say has been going up to women in Brooklyn and slapping them on the buttocks.

Frankie Hatton, 21, has been charged with forcible touching and sexual abuse.

There have been at least a dozen incidents since June 19 in the Crown Heights area of the borough, police say. At least five incidents were reported just last weekend.

Police say the women have ranged in age from 19 to 44-years-old.

Hatton was arrested Tuesday a few hours after he allegedly slapped a 23-year-old woman around 7 p.m., police say.
