HAINES FALLS, N.Y. (AP/ 1010 WINS) -- The body of a 14-year-old autistic boy from Long Island who went missing from his family's campsite has been found in a Catskills lake.
The family of Ryan Barrett reported the teen missing Thursday night shortly after they arrived at the North South Lake Campground in Haines Falls.
Rescuers recovered the Lindenhurst boy's body in the northwest corner of South Lake Friday morning.
Greene County authorities say an autopsy will be performed, but that no foul play is suspected.
Haines Falls is about 35 miles southwest of Albany.
