Three Killed in Queens, Manhattan Motorcycle Crashes

NEW YORK (AP/1010 WINS) -- Three people have been killed in separate motorcycle accidents in Queens and Manhattan, police said Friday.
In the Queens crash, two men were killed when the motorcycle they were riding crashed into a car in the East Elmhurst section.
Police said the motorcycle struck the car near the intersection of 32nd Avenue and 88th Street just before 10 p.m. Thursday.
Investigators said the motorcyclist, 22-year-old Edward Antoine of the Bronx, was pronounced dead at the scene.
An unidentified rider on Antoine's bike, a 27-year-old man, was pronounced dead on arrival at a hospital.
Three people in the car -- a man, his wife and their infant child -- were reportedly taken to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The accident remains under investigation, police said.
In the Manhattan crash, another motorcyclist was thrown from his bike after he lost control and struck two cars late Thursday.
The unidentified 32-year-old man was pronounced dead at a hospital.
