Huge Pumpkin Display in Hudson Valley
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A spook-tacular display of over 4,000 hand carved jack o' lanterns are on display at Van Cortlandt Manor.
Alice Stockton-Rossini Reports
The 5th anniversary of the Hudson Valley's biggest display of the illuminated wonders include snakes, a giant spider web, an undersea aquarium, super-sized dinosaurs, pirates, ghosts, even a colossal Pumpkinhenge, all made of the carved pumpkins.
All of the pumpkins used for the display, which come from Walkill View Farm, a family-run farm in New Paltz, N.Y., are hand carved at Van Cortlandt Manor.
