Man Strips Naked Outside Clinton Hill Polling Place
NEW YORK (AP/1010 WINS) -- Authorities say a man is undergoing psychological tests after stripping naked in front of a Brooklyn polling place.
The incident took place Tuesday outside Public School 56 in the Clinton Hill neighborhood.
Witness Jose Calderon says the man, whom he described as "butt naked,'' was ranting about religion and appeared to be on drugs.
The man had emerged from a parked car with California plates. A pair of jeans and a yellow tie were later sighted on the backseat.
