Monmouth Battlefield State Park Worker Killed by Falling Tree Limb

MANALAPAN, N.J. (AP) -- Police say an employee at Monmouth Battlefield State Park has been killed by a falling tree limb.

New Jersey State Police Capt. Gerald Lewis said state police were called to the park, about 20 miles east of Trenton, shortly before 10 a.m. Wednesday.

Detectives from the Hamilton State Police Barracks are investigating.

No further information was immediately available.
