NEW YORK (1010WINS) -- The first decade of the 21st Century has been named the "Worst Decade Ever," by Time Magazine.
Time says their decision was based on the decade beginning with 9/11 and ending with the economic crisis.
The magazine says "this century will very likely go down as the most dispiriting and disillusioning decade Americans have lived through in the post-World War II era."
The magazine includes an video on their online cover story of a crying baby with a party hat and confetti falling around him, as well as a photo-essay of the "Ten Worst things about the Decade Ever."
