Ingrid The Pup Thanks 1010 WINS

NEW YORK (1010 WINS)  -- She needed Viagra to live longer, and you delivered.

Ingrid, the mixed-breed Long Island pup with a severe case of heart worm, causing heart failure, needs the little blue pills to help dilate her blood vessels.

1010 WINS Audio: Marilyn DiToro of the Shelter Thanks WINS Listeners

The Little Shelter Animal Adoption Center in Huntington, thanked 1010 WINS and it's listeners for donating enough pills to help her live for almost a year. The story on the 1010wins.com web-site recieved 2,000 page views.

Although she has these pills, she still needs more as she will need them for the rest of her life. So, 1010 WINS listeners, keep those pill donations coming and thank you, on behalf of Ingrid, the shelter, and of course, 1010 WINS.

Copy of Thank You Letter:

Little Shelter wants to thank 1010 WINS for telling the story of Ingrid.

Because of your concern and generosity, Ingrid already has about a one year supply of Viagra. And she seems to know it as she is happier and perkier every day. Of course, we need people to continue donations as our little girl will need the drug for the rest of her life.

For more information on donating pills, please call the shelter at 516-883-6775.
