NEW YORK (AP) -- Environmental regulators and the owners of the contaminated Deutsche Bank skyscraper that burned last month are arguing about what should be done first at the building.
The Environmental Protection Agency says the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation's first priority should be resealing the building just across from ground zero.
Several floors of the condemned building have been open since the August 18th blaze, which killed two firefighters. The floors are contaminated with asbestos, World Trade Center dust and other toxins.
The LMDC says the building can't be resealed immediately because more work must be done to stabilize it.
The LMDC also says it's seriously considering separating the cleanup job and demolition job at the building.
